EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You can return your product within 15 working days after it is received.

To exchange a product you must return the product and place a new order.

If you have purchased as a guest, i.e. without registering on the Website, you can manage your return by emailing us at info@nonstopshoes.com.

If you have placed your order while logged into your registered account, follow these steps to return it:

  • Go to “My account” and click the “Order History” button to instantly view all orders along with the tracking status.
  • Select the number of the order that you want to return by clicking on “Details” and an order summary will be displayed. You can only request the return of an order whose status is “Delivered”.
  • Select the product you want to return and press “Get the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) voucher”.
  • We will contact you as soon as we receive the information and then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

Returns via COD or freight collect will not be accepted. All return costs will be borne by the customer, except for faulty items.

Returns incur processing and collection charges, which will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed: zone 1 €5.00 / zone 2 €8.00 / zone 3 €8.00 / zone 4 €10.00 / zone 5 €15.00 / zone 6 €20.00.

Returns will be reimbursed using the same method of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction. It may take between 3 and 15 days to restore the credit back to your account, depending on your bank.

Warning: The item should not have been used. Please keep the original packaging until you are sure that you will not return it as we do not accept returns without the original packaging.

NONSTOPSHOES reserves the right not to process the return if the User fails to comply with these requirements.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us via email at info@nonstopshoes.com with the heading “Faulty Product + [order number]” in the subject line of the message. Please also attach some photos and a description to help us identify it.
